Our milk is sourced from a small area in Gippsland, Victoria — a highly productive dairy region. Happy Valley cheeses are handmade with full cream milk by fully qualified and experienced cheese makers using traditional methods. Happy Valley offers a wide range of distinctive varieties, including:
- Tasty cheddar
- Fetta, including fetta crumble
- Four cheese blend.
All varieties are available for export in convenient pack sizes that are ideal for restaurants, hotels and caterers.
We also produce ESL and UHT Milk — natural tasting processed milks that provide the nutrients we all need to strengthen bones and teeth. They are great longer-life milk products, perfect for cereals, hot drinks, smoothies, pastas, baking and more.
